UWC-USA is pleased to invite applications and nominations for the role of President.

Founded to equip young people with the skills, values, and experiences to become powerful forces for justice and peace, UWC-USA educates global change-makers and leaders who will transform our world for the better. The College is home to over 230 students aged 16-19 drawn from over 90 countries worldwide who enjoy a transformative IB and experiential learning experience in a spectacular setting in northern New Mexico. UWC-USA is the American campus of the United World College movement, a group of 18 innovative schools and colleges with a shared commitment to make education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.

The next President will join the College at a moment of significant opportunity. UWC-USA is poised for renewal and strategic focus, offering the incoming leader the chance to shape a bold vision that strengthens the College for generations to come. With the support of a committed Board, an inspiring student body, and a dedicated faculty and staff, the President will be empowered to set direction, build momentum, and lead the organization into its next chapter.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished, values-driven leader with the strategic abilities, relational skill, and operational strength to guide a complex, residential, internationally diverse institution. They will be an inspiring communicator, accomplished fundraiser, strong organizational steward, and a compelling ambassador for UWC-USA locally, nationally, and across the global UWC network.
